Vendor Shoutout: Pony Pints - Mobile Bartending
In June 2025, I had the pleasure of capturing a magical wedding at Manito Park in Spokane. That day, I had the chance to work alongside so many incredible people and talented vendors. One that immediately stood out to me was Pony Pints, a trailer bartending service that had crafted a beautiful mocktail menu for the couple’s sober celebration.
Their setup was absolutely stunning and gave off the most welcoming vibe. Jessica was such a joy to work with, and both she and Andrew were incredibly kind, taking the time to answer all my questions about who they are and what they offer. Meeting them was truly a highlight of the day, and I’m genuinely looking forward to hopefully working with them again in the future.
I asked them to share a bit about themselves and their business so I could introduce them to you all. Here’s what they had to say:
"How Pony Pints Started: Garrett and Emilia both knew they wanted to be part of the wedding industry in a meaningful, fun, and creative way. After tossing around a few ideas, they kept coming back to one simple truth: what better way to celebrate love than by serving great drinks and creating a memorable experience?
That’s when they found her — an old, rusted-out horse trailer that had clearly seen better days. But they saw potential. With a lot of heart, vision, and a full year of hands-on work, they brought her back to life and turned her into the bar they had dreamed of. Almost every inch of the trailer was restored by hand — from sanding off layers of rust to building a warm, inviting space that feels both vintage and timeless.
Since launching, their mobile bar has rolled into some incredible weddings bringing charm and cheer wherever it goes. But as demand grew and Garrett and Emilia’s family continued to grow, they knew it was time to expand.
Coming to Spokane: That’s when we came on board--Jessica and Andrew —parents, corgi lovers, and a couple with a love for community and events. Garrett & Emilia sent the trailer to us in January of 2025, and it was with Giddy excitement we took the reins to introduce this charming trailer to Spokane. We are determined to continue the heart & vision behind everything that Garrett and Emilia have started.
For all of us, it is not just a beverage service. It is an opportunity to make guests feel welcomed at an event and invited into the celebration, it is a delighted sip and signature flavor, it is one less thing on the to-do list, and so much more!
We are all so excited to see where this mobile bar journey takes us and for all the people we will meet along the way. Cheers!"
I cannot recommend Jessica, Andrew, Emilia, and Garrett more. Go check out their website and give them a follow on their socials!
